How to request care

New patient appointment requests begin with a brief fit and safety review. Use the secure patient portal or contact the office. Do not use the public website for urgent or emergency concerns.

Foundry is not an emergency service, crisis center, hospital, or detoxification program. Use 911 or the nearest emergency department for immediate danger or medical emergencies, and call or text 988 for suicidal thoughts, emotional distress, or mental health or substance-use crisis support.
