Boundaries
Evaluation does not promise a diagnosis, medication, controlled substance, appointment, payer coverage, or clinical outcome. Foundry is routine adult outpatient psychiatric care, not emergency care or a higher level of care.

Medication management
Medication management is guided by evidence, safety, treatment response, tolerability, medical history, medication interactions, and patient preference.

Questions
Does ADHD evaluation guarantee a stimulant?
No. Stimulant treatment is never promised and depends on clinical appropriateness, records when relevant, PDMP and safety review, payer or legal rules, and follow-up needs.
Can adults request ADHD evaluation?
Adults may request evaluation. Foundry reviews fit, scope, safety, state, and care needs before an appointment is confirmed.
