Insurance & fees.

Clear, transparent financial policies — accepted plans, published self-pay fees, and Good Faith Estimates before care begins.

Insurance Foundry accepts

Foundry accepts select commercial insurance plans. Coverage varies by plan, network, and behavioral-health benefits — the practice reviews your specific coverage with you before scheduling.

  • Aetna
  • Tricare East
  • UnitedHealthcare

Mental and behavioral health benefits are often administered through a separate "carve-out" from medical benefits. When you call your insurer, confirm your behavioral-health coverage and network, not just your medical plan.

Initial Psychiatric Evaluation, 60-90 minutes

$450 — a comprehensive evaluation of current concerns, psychiatric and medical history, medications, prior treatment response, sleep, substance use, functioning, safety, and treatment goals.

Follow-Up Psychiatric Visit, 15-45 minutes

$300 — follow-up care may include medication management, treatment-response review, side-effect monitoring, psychotherapy-informed care, and integrative treatment planning.

Records Preparation / Outside Documentation

$200 per hour when applicable. School, work, or other letters generally require an appointment.

Cancellation and missed appointments

Appointments are reserved clinical time. Foundry requests at least 48 hours' notice; missed appointments and late cancellations may be subject to a $200 fee, which insurance does not typically cover.

Good Faith Estimates

Patients who are uninsured or choosing not to use insurance have the right to a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges, provided at least 3 business days before the scheduled date of service, consistent with the federal No Surprises Act. Contact the practice to request one before scheduling.
