This is an in-person patient-facing location for adult outpatient psychiatric evaluation, medication management, psychotherapy-informed care, integrative treatment planning, and care coordination when clinically appropriate.

Foundry is not a walk-in, emergency, crisis, detoxification, inpatient, or primary-care clinic.

How to request care

New patient appointment requests begin with a brief fit and safety review. Use the secure patient portal or contact the office. Do not use the public website for urgent or emergency concerns.
