Adults 18+ in Massachusetts or Rhode Island: anxiety, depression, and mood concerns; ADHD evaluation; trauma and grief; OCD; sleep disruption tangled with mood or medication response; midlife and perimenopausal mood change; medication second looks; adults stable in recovery with co-occurring needs.

Route elsewhere first

Active crisis or imminent safety risk (911/988/ED), detox or withdrawal management, primary substance-use treatment or MOUD, pediatric care, and patients needing inpatient, residential, PHP, or IOP intensity.
